Eva's 1st Family Vacation - Day 1

Day 1 - July 14, 2011
Road Trip

The day started early at 7 am. John still had to pack and I had a couple of last-minute items to get in the luggage. After getting breakfast and doing some banking, we were able to hit the road around 11:30. We made our way to Pittsburgh where we spent the night. About 30 minutes from our hotel, we decided to take a rest area pit stop. Miss Eva needed to stretch her legs and get out of that car seat for a few minutes.

We were supposed to visit my grandmother so that she could finally meet Eva but had to postpone because she was not feeling well. We got to our hotel around 3:30 and didn't leave the room.

We ate dinner in our room about 6 o'clock and soon after that it was lights out. Tomorrow we fly to Boston and the real adventure begins!
